An order of knights, apparently the Baron’s men, who carry the grinning gold sun on their surcoats. The party met one, Dmitry, on the road to Vallaki, duelling Ernest Festibule, whom he called “a fugitive and a vagabond”. Festibule’s crime, by his own telling, was against merriment, or some such. Their captain is Izek Strazni.
In Vallaki, a sign details the Order’s methods of “discipline”: “Contentment”, “Amusement”, “Convalescence” and “Dischargement”. Some townsfolk wear strapped masks, called masks of contentment. Little more is known about them.
